Write one sentence for a chance to get up to $10,000 for your short film. The Film Fund serves an alternative to more traditional independent film funding opportunities such as crowdfunding, screenwriting contests, film investors and film grants. These indie funding avenues can be amazing, but they all take a lot of time, sweat equity, and money. Save yourself some headaches--as well as your budget-- before pre-production even begins by entering simple Contests run by The Film Fund.
The Film Fund has been featured by Sundance Institute, Tribeca Film Institute, AT&T, No Film School, The Greater Philadelphia Film Society, KitSplit, Film Courage, and more.
If you would like to share your work with our community, please submit it via the form on our Auteurs page, where it will be viewed by thousands of website visitors and fellow filmmakers every month.
Want to know who's judging your submissions? Every judge has a background in filmmaking, film theory, and/or some form of producing commercial art. The judges come from completely different backgrounds and provide a range of experiences for determining finalists as well as writing feedback (if you choose to receive feedback on your entry). To learn more about the judges, check out our Judges page.
